Rog Nidan wasn’t built as an ENT clinic that happens to share space with a dental practice. It was built around a simple observation Dr. Pranshu Mehta and Dr. Paridhi Gupta kept making separately, long before they started making it together: the airway doesn’t care which specialty owns it. A child who mouth-breathes at night and a child whose teeth are growing crooked are often the same child, seen by two different doctors who never talk to each other.
Dr. Pranshu, an ENT surgeon trained in airway, allergy, and sleep medicine, and Dr. Paridhi, an Invisalign-certified orthodontist focused on airway-first dentistry, treat that overlap as the point rather than a coincidence. Under one roof, a nose that can’t breathe and a jaw that hasn’t grown properly get assessed as one connected problem — not two separate appointments, two separate opinions, and two separate bills.
